The offices of Akos are located to the north of London on the outskirts of Harpenden in Hertfordshire, approximately 10 minutes from Junction 9 of the M1.
By Road
From the M1 exit at Junction 9, follow the A5183 road towards St. Albans. Turn left after a mile at the next roundabout, on the B487 road to Harpenden. Cross over the next roundabout (at Harpenden Common) to Southdown.
After going under the railway bridge, turn right at the mini-roundabout. Go straight over at the following roundabout, leave the village and follow the road left at the next roundabout/fork.
At the next junction turn sharply left off the road past white fencing, and up the driveway to The Grove. The entrance to the offices is the front door of the main building. Visitors are invited to park in the main car parks which are past the main building to the left.
The Grove/Coach House can also be accessed from the A1 motorway via Wheathampstead (see map).
By Rail
Harpenden is served by stopping trains from King's Cross Thameslink station in London (note: this is about 100 metres along the road from King's Cross mainline station). The journey takes 35 minutes and taxis are available for the 10-minute journey to The Grove.
By Air
Harpenden's closest airport is London Luton (a 20 minute drive to the North). We can also be reached in under an hour by road from London Heathrow and London Stanstead airports.
